It's that time of year again!
The time to register your littles for Kindergarten Registration is upon us!
Please click here to find the registration packet needed to enroll your child in Lake Forest South Elementary for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.
Please be advised that the following items are required to be submitted *with* the enrollment packet:
- Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Records
- Proof of Lead and TB Screenings
- Copy of Latest Physical (within 2 years)
- Proof of Residency (ex. current dated utility bill)
- Valid Driver's License of Parent/Guardian
- Child Custody Papers (if applicable)
You can drop off your completed registration packet to our front office between 8a - 4p, Monday-Thursday this summer.
