Lake Forest South Kindergarten Registration is upon us!
We are offering a few options to get your little Spartan registered. The NEW option for this year is ONLINE registration! Please scan the QR Code listed below for the online enrollment form:
As always, we accept in person registration as well. (Parent/Guardian must be present at registration.) Please feel free to stop by LFSE's Front Office on the following dates to get your child registered for Kindergarten:
Monday, March 7 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Wednesday, March 16 - 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Friday, March 25 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Wednesday, March 30 - 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Registration appointments should last approximately 30 minutes.
The following items are required to be submitted *with* the enrollment packet:
- Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Records
- Proof of Lead and TB Screenings
- Copy of Latest Physical (within 2 years)
- Proof of Residency (ex. current dated utility bill)
- Valid Driver's License of Parent/Guardian
- Child Custody Papers (if applicable)
