Calendar Updates/Reminders:
May 18th – WT Chipman On Deck Day - 5th Grade students will visit WT Chipman. They will arrive at about 9am to learn about the facilities and programs and meet the Chipman staff. They will stay for lunch and return to Central at 1:45pm.
May 18th - There will be Chorus Rehearsal on Wednesday, May 18th from 3:30-4:30pm. If you are not able to pick your child up on time, they will not be able to stay. Pick up will be at the back of the school.
May 20th – Special Olympics Soccer Event
May 20th – OM Quarter Auction Fundraiser
May 24th – 4th and 5th Grade Band and Chorus Concerts – 6pm @ LFHS
June 1st – Field Day Activities

Spring State Testing - SBAC and STAR
We continue testing in our Spring Testing Window this week. Between now and the end of the school year students will periodically participate in Smarter Balanced State Testing and STAR testing. Teachers will work to give advance notice of testing. Please make efforts to ensure that students get a good night’s sleep prior to testing.
