Interim Reports for Marking Period 2 will be available via Home Access Center, if you do not have access, please call the main office and our staff will assist you with your username and password.

Reminders:
5th Grade Band Winter Performance Practice and Update -
After-School 5th Grade Band Practice #2- Monday, December 13th, 3:20-4:30pm.
- Location: Central Elementary: Ms. Whitehead will call down 5th grade band students earlier at the end of the day. Students will then report to the cafeteria with their book bags. Students will place their book bags on the cafeteria tables then proceed to the gym for band practice. Each student will have an assigned seat for the practice with their name on the seat/stand.
- Pick-Up: Please be here on time to pick-up your child from after school band practice. Parents should report to the back of the school. Please be patient as there are over 80 students and safety is first and foremost.
5th Grade Winter Band Concert -
Wednesday, December 15th 7pm @Lake Forest High School. Students need to report to the high school cafeteria by 6:30 to warm-up and line-up before going on the stage.
Chorus Winter Performance Practice and Update -
On Tuesday, December 14, there is after-school rehearsal for the entire chorus from 3:30-4:30 pm. Please arrive on time to pick up your child. Pick up will be around back. There was a yellow information sheet that went home last week in the Wednesday Folders that shared the attire for the concert.
On Wednesday, December 15 at 2:30, Ms. Hudson and Mrs. Smack will walk the chorus to the high school to do a brief dress rehearsal with the chorus.
Candygrams are HERE!!!
Central’s PBS will be selling candygrams December 13-20th. Each candygram will include a candy cane and a message from the sender. Each tag must have the homeroom teacher of the person receiving the candygram. Candygrams are 50¢ each. They will be delivered to homerooms on December 22nd. We cannot accept any orders after December 20th.
All visitors to our school are required to wear a mask, and it continues to be important that students be kept home from school when they show signs of illness. In the case of student absences lasting multiple days, please be sure to touch base with your student’s teachers to arrange the picking up of class assignments. This will help them stay caught up while at home.
