whats new

We are excited to share that this week we welcomed our new Assistant Principal, Mrs. Kimberly Marquis. Mrs. Marquis comes to us by way of the Seaford School District where she most recently served as a Literacy Coach at Seaford Middle School. She has also worked as a Reading Interventionist, Instructional Coach, Staff Development Teacher, and taught various grade levels including 5th grade for 7 years. Mrs. Marquis is also a member of the Lake Forest community residing in Harrington with her family. With her background in staff development, student support and school improvement, we are excited to have her join the Spartan Team!!

Welcome to Lake Forest Central, Mrs. Marquis!

Reminders:
Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle daily. These can be refilled as needed at our water-bottle filling stations.
All visitors to our school are required to wear a mask, and it continues to be important that students be kept home from school when they show signs of illness. In the case of student absences lasting multiple days, please be sure to touch base with your student’s teachers to arrange the picking up of class assignments. This will help them stay caught up while at home.

Please make the Lake Forest Central website and Facebook page a regular stop for up to date info and news. As always stay safe and have a great weekend Central!
