We understand many of our students and family members are concerned about the coming school year. After much consideration we have decided that it is important for our students to be able to come into the school building face to face for our annual Meet and Greet event this Friday, August 27th. The purpose of the visit is so our students can see their classroom, meet their teacher, and hopefully feel a bit more comfortable when they come for the first day of school on August 30th.
Because we are still in the midst of a serious community health crisis however, we have to insist on the following precautions for your visit.
1) Visits will be from 2:00 – 2:45pm for 5th Grade from 2:45-3:30pm for 4th Grade.
2) Visits are limited to no longer than 5-10 minutes.
3) Each student may have up to two parents visit with them.
4) Unfortunately, no siblings or other guests will be allowed (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, family friends, etc).
5) All visitors must sign in and complete the health screener. Visitors experiencing any symptoms of illness or having been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID 19, may not attend.
6) All visitors must wear a face covering (mask) during the entire length of the visit.
